If you want natural try Almond Oil a lot and maybe get some cotton gloves put the oil on and wear em to bed. If you don't care as long as it works get Nuetrogena Norwegian formula or Olatium Junior.

I remember reading an article in some rag National enquirer with a professional hand model - the ones who hold the bottles up in adverts etc. She put vitamin e on her hands, then cocoa butter then vaseline and gloves on top, before she went to bed. It's more suited to cold weather but it does work.

Other than that, neutrogena handcream is fab and a little goes a long way.

If you want to go the surgery route, you can have fillers done to make the hands smooth and laser to get rid of any age spots.

complexo use a gentle exfoliator first followed by a huge dollop of any rich hand cream (Nivea, Dove etc). Apply a dab of Solar Oil to each nail and massage in - particularly around the cuticle area (you can buy Solar Oil online or at Sally Salon Supplies). Repeat twice a day for a week (not the exfoliation though - just once a week for that) and I am certain you will see a difference. I also wear cotton gloves overnight when mine are particularly dry and it does make a difference.
