Has anyone bought the big bottles of condtioner/shampoo that Aveda sell?

I am thinking of buying a big bottle of the dry treatment conditioner. I am interested to know how long they last.

I think it might be cheaper in the long run to buy one.

I've just bought the Be Curly shampoo and conditioner in 1 litre size. Not sure how long they will last but if you shop around you can get good savings online - I got mine from Look Fantastic. They definitely work out much cheaper than buying the small bottles and it's so concentrated that you only need a small amount.

I use their Mint and Rosemary shampoo and buy the big bottles.

The last one I bought online somewhere for £32 delivered, and I'm about half way down after 6 months use. The previous bottle I had lasted about a year as well.

It works out cheaper than buying something yucky from Boots or the supermarket.

They last ages IF you don't use any more than normal. the temptation is to use loads because you have loads. Just use a tiny bit. Or, put it in a normal sized bottle and hide the rest.

They seem to last forever! But always remember you only need a tiny amount - and if you wash your hair everyday you only need to shampoo once.

We buy a bottle of the Shampure 1 litre and it lasts a year for DH and I.
DH washes his hair daily, mine 1-2 times a week.
Use half a pump . Rinse really well.
I did try the Shampure conditioner when it came out, but the Shampure alone is conditioning enough.
And when I used the Roseamary/Mint it covered the Shampure smell.

I like the Camomile shampoo as well though I'm brunette (again because of the smell)

About 8 months for me - but I wash my hair a lot. I decant it into a smaller bottle.

A large bottle of Shampure lasts our family 3 months (2 adults and 2 children) and we wash our hair everyday. Think they are great value.

Thanks for all your replies. I think I will buy a big bottle. They did have an offer on before where you got a free bottle of shower gel so I might see if they are doing something similar.
