What would you wear with a choc brown leather knee length pencil skirt?

Need new ideas thanks! ESP on shoes.....

What about one of those sheer sleeveless blouses that are in the shops at the moment with a matching strappy vest underneath? Primark do them for about £8. I think either a turquoise or a white one would look good with your skirt.
