i ordered some facial peels and masks off this site a few weeks ago and it was to arrive by first class delivery - still no sign. i tried to email them but the email came back as failed. has anyone else had problems with this site, or do they just take a long time to deliver?

I remember reading that one of MNers uses it a lot and also recommended it to others so it shouldn't be dodgy. Unless they've gone bust. Have you tried calling them?

yes i actually used it after reading mn posts... i can't find a phone number for them. i will just have to wait and see i don't know what else to do apart from write if i still don't get it in a week or so

Hi jan - I have ordered several times and the gear always arrives very quickly. You generally get tracking details with your despatch email. Have you tried to contact them through their FB page? They are a good company, something must have gone awry somewhere.

got through they were training new staff and overlooked my order so its on its way!
