Microdermabrasion

Got some £ to spend on myself and fancied a couple of microdermabrasion treatments (also posted about laser hair removal) I wondered if any of you had it done and what you thought? Or if there are any 'at home' products I should invest in instead?

Thanks!

I have had it done over the last few years.
It has certainly made my skin smoother, lines reduced.
However, I have recently been diagnosed with rosacea, so am avoiding it.

It doesn't hurt, make sure you use a good cream after (agera is good)
A bit of redness for 24 hours but it goes.
Go somewhere reputable.

I looked ok for about a month afterwards after each of the treatments but imho not worth the money.

It's the only facial that I bother with now because I can see a difference, I second going to a decent salon, I used to have microdermabrasion with an oxygen pulse but I've since heard the oxygen pulse can promote fine red veins, this never happened to me though, the other thing I found was the more I had the better my skin was but it was just too expensive in the endSmile
