Every time I return something I have an almighty battle battle to get my money back. They don't start the refund process until I start to hassle them after 3 weeks!....and they take 3 days to answer emails!!!!

I've only ever bought one pair of boots and a handbag there over the years but I took the handbag back because it was the wrong shade when I got it home and there was no problem at all getting a refund. That was at the Leeds branch. Not had any dealings via internet though. Your experience doesn't sound good

Update...... it took 9 days for them to reply to my next email! - where they just asked for more info. So, I sent an attachment of my proof of postage - that was 10 days ago now and have heard nothing - what can I do now? apart from badmouthing them on here
