Dusty Shred?

I would like to shed some cake lbs and have heard much about the 30-day Shred. I have also heard a lot of MNers have a copy gathering dust. Does anyone have such a copy they are not using which they would like to donate to me?

Also - is it going to really really hurt? I run, swim, do pilates and walk 3-4 miles per day. Can't be that bad, right??

You can't have my copy I'm afraid, it's certainly not gathering dust here just yet. I love it, I love feeling charged up for the rest of the day afterwards, and I love fitting into clothes I haven't worn for 3 years! Grin

I can say that you will probably find it a bit easier to start with than I did. I went from no exercise (except walks, and running after a 2yo) to shredding everyday for 2 weeks. After the first day, it hurt, everything ached. After a few days though it stopped hurting. I do it every few days now, mixed up with yoga, jogging etc and although I still find it bloody hard work, it doesn't hurt. I did have to invest in some proper trainers though, for that and the jogging, as I find it pretty hard on my shins.

So is it best to do it first thing? Is it only 30 mins? I have visions of getting up early and doing it before DS wakes up then like you say floating around feeling smug for the rest of the day.

I have sent you a pm!

It's on YouTube as well. Start now!

I think you will find it quite manageable given how many other sports you take part in.

Holy hell! This should come with a health warning. Am incapable of dealing with real life activities like going up and down stairs, carrying shopping and toddler wrangling.

Now you know why I didn't want it anymore!
