Uniqlo sizing?

Can anyone tell me how Uniqlo's sizing comes up, and the quality of their clothes?

i don't really shop there, but last year bought two playsuits online. i am a 10/12 and the medium came up huge on me. the small is still a little bit large but couldn't bring myself to get xs. quality has been ace, 100% cotton. very comfy/

If you sre getting jeans then size down - sometimes 2 sizes if the jeans are stretchy. T-shirts and jumpers are quite generous but their shirts can be large or small sized which makes online ordering a bit hit and miss. Quality is excellent.
