cannot seem to find a skirt !

I wanted a navy skirt to come to my knees (perhaps just hiding them as they are crap) that does not stick out like a puffball or cling to my arse or even show my arse! , that is casual ish to wear with my white tops on warmer days , probs with ballet pumps or flat sandals.
can i find one ? can i bloody ell !
it may be because i am 5ft 1
i am size 10 - 12
any suggestions ?
