A moustache or not??? Help!!

I have had a very noticeable change in the skin colour above my top lip, but no dark hairs or even blonde hairs there.

Is this normal??? How the hell has this happened?? How the hell do I get rid of it???

Just one more kick in the teeth by my rapidly aging body :)

This sounds odd, I would urge you to go to the doctor about it.

Is it darker? More red? Could you be biting your top lip, maybe in your sleep? Did you bash it? In your sleep? A drink that could be slightly dying it over time?

If it's no to all of the above I would see a doctor.

It's not odd. It can be caused by sun damage or age and is quite common. Not much you can do apart from using a sun block.

It is called hyperpigmentation btw.
