What dress to wear to a winter wedding?

I want something pencil dress shape but with sleeves, not in a body con fabric though. Will be winter so something i can wear with black tights and heels. Needs to be suitable for day and eve do and not too expensive. Any ideas?

Ps i'm blonde so was thinking blue, red, green, black, maybe a bit of a pattern, fitted to the knee or just below?
