My nephew is getting married at a restaurant in Brighton. I have purchased a fascinator to wear with my outfit. (only a small one) Partly because I a pregnant and feel really frumpy in the clothes and particularly shoes I will probably end up wearing.
Dh seems to think its unnecessary as it only in a restaurant.
What do yuo think?

Its still a wedding regardless of the venue, i'd wear it! If you feel awkward then take it off :-)

I wouldn't wear a fascinator to any wedding .
A flower or a hat ,fine but fascinators ..no.

I was at a wedding yesterday and quite a lot of the younger 20 somethings were wearing smallish fascinators without all the feathers poking out and they looked very nice. More like this.
