Shoe styles for Plantar Fasciitis sufferers

Suffered badly from this last year, and with stretches and time and good trainers with inserts, it went away. But its started up again...anyone found any stylish footwear that isn't aimed at the over 60s?!

I find Keen is a really good brand, nice and wide and deep enough for orthotics. They aren't cheap, but very hard wearing.

Icing with reusable kids icepacks for 15 mins each evening also works a treat and would probably be quite pleasant in this weather. Smile

Birkenstock mayari very good arch support and they don't flop about.

I've started doing 10 mins pilates every morning as I have problems with my pelvis too, but the calf stretches and toe curls are making a huge difference to my feet - they're loads better.
