YOOX - how quick to deliver

What is your experience with YOOX? Have ordered some shoes and had confirmation email but no dispatch info yet. Anyone had recent dealings with them?

It takes a day or two to send out, then about 5-7 days to receive as it's coming from Italy, if you've gone for standard delivery. They use UPS do you can track it through emails and the UPS website which is really good.
If you need to return - you can order a return number on the YOOX site, then use the prepaid number to order a return collection on the UPS site.
I had a recent order where they managed to send the wrong size and UPS collected the same day.
YOOX don't do exchanges you have return and reorder which is a bit annoying.
