I am 5 ft 3, size 12 (10 on some things) and I think a cross between hourglass and pear shape. Stats I think are soemthing like 35-30-40. I am simply unable to find a dress. They stick to my hips, ride up and are loose around the waist. I like places like Reiss and Whistles but they're too fashionable to do petite styles.
To suit me, I think I need a deep v, no sleeves, vest style or capped sleeves, in at waist and knee length or above with skirt part coming in a bit like an upside down tulip. Any ideas - would appreciate any thoughts. Thanks.
