I came up with the stupid idea of fancy dress of "musicals" for my 30th birthday party.
I'm now regretting it!
What do I go as? I'm size 16/18, 5ft7 brown hair- I normally don't mind looking silly but just for once I want to look pretty(but not ott king and I ish)
I have a 1950's style dress (on one of my other style and beauty threads) that if desperate I could do west side story??
But want something else, the only other thing I could think of was the mom/daughter from mamma mia?
Help me please!

Liesl from The Sound of Music?
Potiphar's wife from Joseph?
Calamity Jane?
One of the Moulin Rouge women?
Evita?
Tallulah from Bugsy Malone?
Sexy nurse from South Pacific?

my friend is about your size and she wore this to a fancy dress night out, and she looked fantastic and it was very flattering on her, it was a size large and it wasn't nearly as short as the one on the model, it came just above her knees. She wore the shiny black leggings underneath with some very high platform heels.
