Braced next with DS this morning (9am I'm not a 5am butter too lazy) and also did monsoon at same time
Great haul actually for me not just DS as usual
Except I'm now a ave to small 10 post DS and often larger 12 before and I can't get in the mindset that I need smaller clothes as its been such a mission for so long before so now the beautiful trousers and dresses I bought in 12 are far to big and I'm back to having no clothes again (hardly ever buy myself stuff) as have checked websites and no stick in any of the stuff I bought in 10 and I can't face going back into town tomorrow to check again
:-( this is not how I thought it would be!!
Anyone else do this??

Isn't that one of the fun things about losing weight, getting to go to the shops & see what looks good on you now? And having the excuse to buy it.

And you have to go into shops yourself because the sizes are so variable one shot to another, or your shape may have changed (it changes with age, anyway). So don't even try to buy online.
Sorry it feels so stressful.

I did this too today. Bought sizes far too big following 3.10 stone weight loss. It felt fucking great Grin
