New foundation needed today - help!

I've ran out of my rimmell wake up foundation which is one of a handful that don't irritate my sensitive skin. However I wasn't that happy with the look or texture of it if I'm honest.

I have tried borjoius (however its spelt) recently and had a reaction to it the following day.

I need something that is fabulous for dry often flaky skin, and that covers pattern redness which is otherwise very visible. I also need it to look as natural as possible as I hate the overly done-up look.

Too much to ask? Any recommendations?

Oh yes, I can't spend a fortune we're talking regular high street brands here.

Thanks gurus!

You could try Une. That's High Street and 98% natural origin ( whatever that means!)

Bare Minerals - go and get colour matched by an Orange Lady then order from ebay once you know your colour.

OP I know you said you need it today but I would second valium's recommendation of Bare Minerals and I know that QVC are having a Bare Minerals set as a special value thing tomorrow so maybe worth looking at that?

Thanks for offering advice. I've used Bare Escentials before but on my dry skin it looked awful.Sad I had really wanted it to work, after a couple of hours every flake on my face was showing. I tried it a lot as like I said, I wanted to love it!

I ended up with something from Asda eek! £5 I was on a budget and after spending on clothes today I couldn't spend more. Fingers crossed!

Ive got Estee Lauder Double Wear, and I have really sensitive skin and its fine. It s expensive though £22. I get it from Estee Lauder when there is a special offer on. I buy two of the foudatitions and get loads of things free. Two pots last me a year. Believe me my skin is really sensitive. I am having an issue with cleanser and moisturisors at the moment, but thats a different thread.

Sorry meant to say Bare Minerals Matte - the original stuff shows up my flakes too!
