Agadir argan oil question

I have just bought some argan oil for my hair, but I read somewhere that it can be used on your face as well. Does anyone know if this is true please and if so, is it the same one i.e. the hair one that can be used?

If it's pure cosmetic grade argan oil then yes and its lovely as a moisturiser. If it's a hair de-frizzing product with a bit of argan oil in then no.
