Boden get a bit of a pasting on here but I just got excellent customer service so thought I'd post about it.
I ordered a pair of trousers which a few days later went in the sale. I was planning to phone up once they'd arrived to see if they'd refund the difference. When I opened them they were obviously a return and the person who had tried them on had clearly popped off the inside button as it was missing with threads hanging.
I rang up, they are sending me a replacement by express delivery, a free returns label so I can send these back and are also refunding the difference between the price I paid and the sale price.
I'm a happy bunny.
