First of all, can I just say OW!

Second... I am very disappointed. I wanted to suck out some major gunk, and barely got a scrape of skin. Used it after a shower, applied as much pressure as I could bare and nothing!

Any tips? I'm sat here now looking like an alcoholic reindeer, it's not a good look. :(
