Are Scandanavian children's clothes the range in your area?

I was just in Islington mooching around the lovely children's boutiques and I noticed the trend for the most gorgeous Scandanavian clothes. Are they worth it? This kind of thing.

My 4yo dd wears mainly Scandinavian clothes (Smafolk, POP, Molo, Duns, Plasticsock & Lindex for cheaper basics) They last and wash very well, you can resell on eBay for good money if you want and are crucially not cutesy pink etc. I have bought lots of bright stuff for my new LO too. They are clothes to run around and have fun in imo. Nordic Kids have their sale on atm and Oh Baby London is worth a look too.

Thanks! I need to buy a present. I love how the baby stuff is unisex.

That's what I like too. Oh Baby London (again) has good presents. TKMaxx sometimes has good Scandi stuff too I hear. Nordic Kids do nice bibs that come in a white box with fancy ribbon.

Thanks. I will look at that. I just have to hope my friend gets that baby grows aren't for bed!

It's worth checking out the junior style sale in islington www.juniorstylesales.co.uk/sales/cmspage.php?page_id=32 as they do lots of Scandi or Scandi-type labels esp miniature, but I have got katvig, smafolk in the past. They are much cheaper than retail and have lesser known Scandi labels. Also try pop polarnopyret.co.uk/ v good price during sales. I think my dds are pretty well dressed. I have 4dds and these clothes still wear well and dd3 is coming into the size twos, so they are on their third wear. I do most of my shopping in these two stores, with a bit of gap for staples such as bright tights etc.
