Are fishnets acceptable for a funeral or not?
Thanks.

I shouldn't think so

GnocchiNineDoors · 12/07/2012 20:32

Only if its Peter Stringfellows.

NellyBluth · 12/07/2012 20:33

I'd say no.

IslaValargeone · 12/07/2012 20:34

Damn, I thought I might be able to get away with a nice pair of nets, my legs are not fit for public exposure, but fishnets do seem to make them look less offensive.

How about nude micro fishnets?

GnocchiNineDoors · 12/07/2012 20:38

Opaques?

IslaValargeone · 12/07/2012 20:39

Nude micro fishnets would be ok then?

I can never find non shine opaques.

Just wear a pair of ordinary tights - two hours out of your life.

The funeral is not about you and your legs, but about the deceased and the bereaved. Don't try to draw attention to yourself.

cybbo · 12/07/2012 20:43

Agree, no one will care about your legs

Strange thread

DilysPrice · 12/07/2012 20:55

Everywhere does non-shine opaques, surely? Look again.

mumblechum1 · 12/07/2012 20:56

Just what I was thinking Claire and cybbo. I suspect the bereaved people will have more important things to think about.

starfishmummy · 12/07/2012 21:29

Wear trousers.

NellyBluth · 12/07/2012 21:34

Primark do good thick black tights.
