I probably spelled Maybelline wrong but you know who I'm talking about, anyway did anyone else get the free sample of there dream finish BB cream?

I found it to be crap, the colour choice is better then the Garnier ones but the coverage seems to be none existent and when I tried to slap a bit more on top I found that it just starting peeling off in little bits.

Given the choice I'll stick with Garnier, but then I'm still waiting for my free sample from Loreal (don't think I'll ever get it).

Estee Lauder BB cream is good. Expensive though!

Check out the original BB creams on eBay. A google search will give you names as I can't remember off the top of my head. Much more like a foundation and fab!

I bought a tube and think it's great. Like me but photoshopped. The Garnier one stung my eyes though so I can't compare.

I like the Maybelline one but I wasn't looking for much coverage. It's less orange than the Garnier one (which I also quite liked) and lasts fairly well through the day. And loving the high SPF!

i have this one

have only tried the garnier one other than this which i found really crap

i really like it, and the high spf is a bonus

am interested to know more about the "proper" bb creams....

Missha, Lioele and Skin79 are good korean brands you can buy on eBay. Inexpensive too. Just make sure you get them from a reputable seller. I use bello-girl, and cosmetic.love.

QuinnFabray, how can you be sure of getting the right colour for your skin though? Or do they just come in thicko friendly easy colours, like 'light' or 'medium'?

Wolfiefan · 14/07/2012 23:11

Love Estée Lauder one.

I have recently discovered I can get a great result mixing matt facial suncream with foundation.

I really want to find a good BB cream but don't think I'll get as good a result.

I use the no.7 BB cream, also sanctuary do a great one in various shades Smile

QuinnFabray · 15/07/2012 08:12

They usually only come in one or two shades. There are lots of reviews online. Makeupalley and youtube are great for reviews.
