8 days away in the moist West country. Does this seem about right? I'm panicked and running out of time. It's half self-catering, half camping. We may not be able to wash/dry clothes.

DS - 6 months
8 vests
6 tops
4-5 bottoms
4 pairs of socks
4 sleepsuits
2 grobags
Jacket
2 warm tops
Sun hats
Muslins
Bibs

DD - 4.5
2 dresses
2 skirts
2 trousers/leggings
1-2 shorts
8 knickers
4 vests
3 t-shirts
3 long-sleeved
1 cardi
1 hoodie
8 socks
Sun hat
2 PJs
Wellies
Crocs
Sandals
Trainers

I can't even think about me yet.

Sounds fine - and don't forget there are shops in the West country if things get desperate too Wink

Whatever you pack you won't use half of it anyway!

Sounds good. Make sure all tops etc cordinate with each other as much as possible so all clothes make outfit combinations together (if you worry or think about that like of thing Blush ). If it's very wet might your DD need more than 1 pair of socks per day? I'd probably take an extra vest for DS too. Sunglasses for DD? And sun cream [hopeful]

If you need to cut down then possibly not sandals for DD if she can use crocs as sandals (or else take sandals and not crocs) and maybe just 1 dress for her (or just skirts and no dress) unless where you go means a dress is useful. ANd if you do take a dress might tights be needed ?

Oh, and don't forget waterproof/waterproof trousers/coat Grin

oh yes, a big bag of outdoor paraphenalia is being prepared for all. DD loves dresses, so I won't get away without packing them at all. I'm being very tough love about tights at the moment! - where's the flat cap smiley?
