Completely flummoxed by H&M

A couple of weeks ago I bought 2 lovely nursing bras in H&M, both black, pretty and fitted really well (all of these things rare in nursing bras). I went back to get a couple more, pref in white but my local store had a very small selection with hardly any sizes.

I asked a member of staff if they could order in the bras I needed, they said no. They said they have no control over what arrives in orders sent to the store and advised me to look online or in the catalogue. I did this and the bras are not shown in the catalogue or stocked online.

So I rang customer services who confirmed I cannot buy them online, I cannot order them in and the next closest store to me (an hrs drive away) doesn't stock very many either. They said just wait aand some MAY appear in store within the next few months.

This is mad, no? I want to spend my money on their lovely bras and they are telling me I can't.

They are always like that. I was a bridesmaid for a friend and our dresses were from H&M, it was a total nightmare because we couldn't get all the sizes we needed because you can't order into store or anything.

They were the perfect dress though, exactly the right colour and cheap. In the end we put an SOS on Facebook and had everyone we'd ever met go into their local H&M with strict instructions to buy the dress if they saw it in the sizes we needed!
I love and hate H&M in equal measure I think!

I had exactly the same with a pair of shoes I wanted for ds, they didn't have his size in store, i asked at the till and they couldn't order for me and told me to "keep looking" online Confused
I rand Customer services who said all they could do was tell me if a store near me had recently had a delivery so I could go there & look but no way of telling me if any were still in stock in that store and what sizes they might be. They wouldn't give me direct phone numbers to the stores to check with them and all numbers listed for their stores are the central customer services number.
I did the same as boniface and did an SOS to all friends & family to check stores for me and got them eventually.
It's bonkers

I don't know how to get you the thing you want, but can only guess that the fact they are so unreliable/got no organisation is the reason they are so cheap.

I can't believe they are so rubbish! Good thinking re facebook, have asked on there and my DB in London is going to have a look in one there for me.
