Hi - hope you can help me
I bought a dress from this website.
It was a wine-coloured french connection dress which they have since taken down. When I received it, it was dark blue (not the colour I wanted). I contacted them and sent it back recorded delivery. They refunded me, but not the postage. Surely they should refund this as it was their mistake?
I emailed them and they said it said 'blue' on the website. i am certain it didn't and they have taken this page down so I can't check. What are my rights in regard to this? I know it is just a few pounds, but just wanted to know....
