Have a question about boden returns I know someone here will know the answer to. I have a lovely top I bought from boden a month ago. I love it but with a few wears I've come to accept it's just too big and having ordered the smaller size (different colour) in the sale which fits perfectly I now realise the bigger sized one is actually a bit very unflattering due to its largeness.
I realise this is nothing to do with boden and the item is worn. I may well sell it on ebay but I know boden offer a 3 month no quibbles refund for any reason, but their website doesn't actually say if it's for worn or new items. I feel a bit cheeky even asking this which is why I haven't contacted boden directly but do they accept returns even for this case or is it only unworn or faulty items in the 3 months (which of course any other clothes site I would expect as norm, it's only as boden are generally exceptional about being good with things IME)? I don't want to be struck off their list for this if I do try sending it back
