Post cold sore treatment

Last week I had eight coldsores erupt on my nose. They are almost gone now though I have some crust left (yuck) My nose is red sore and I'm not sure what to put on it. I'm 38weeks pregnant and want them gone ASAP!

I am using lanisoh for the same problem - I recommend morholin too if you can get hold of a tube. It's a zinc cream which heals everything quick and acts as a barrier against irritants. Would only use at night though as its thick and white, and smells a bit!
