Stir it up a bit, put a blob on the pustule, cover with a plaster. repeat 2-3times a day until you can't resist popping the bastard it comes to a head and heals up.

Ah. T'is a delightful little bugger specimen on my jawline, and thus not worthy of a klaxon!

Not too sure about a plaster on it though; may resort to micropore and cotton wool for less skin removing options!
