I'd go for a white short sleeved/waist length cardigan, and some navy espadrille style wedges... the big bow is a bit naff though, sorry - makes it look like a child's dress.

Red cropped cardy and navy wedges. I like the dress, bow and all. Would also be nice with a red belt if you fancy a different look sometimes.

I saw it in the shop and you don't need to tie a big bow! Second navy or red wedge espadrilles, I'd wear a navy cardigan.
