Sandal-toe tights....fashion faux pas or ok?

I have horrible, peely wally blotchy legs.

I don't do fake tan.

Bought some sandal tie tights to wear with my gorgeous new sandals, but now worrying about them looking really naff

It takes me all my courage to wear a dress, to go bare legged would just be too much.

Opinions/advice welcomed :)

As a pasty legged fellow sufferer, I feel your pain - what about something like this -reviews.boots.com/2111-en_gb/27862/soap-glory-soap-glory-easy-glistening-dry-oil-body-gloss-150ml-reviews/reviews.htm?sort=rating&dir=asc.

(Only don't do what I did and be suckered into buying Prtty Peaushun in the mistaken belief that in exchange for a king's ransom my Celtic pit pony legs would be be indistinguishable from J Lo's )

i think the toeless tights are great. I have the m&s ones. Make my legs look much nicer and help with the little bit of thigh chafing I can get it I'm sweaty. FGS though get them in a colour that matches your toes! And they only work if you can't see the bit where your toes come out.

What bonzo said. I am a big fan.

They are horrible fiddly things imo.
