Concealed wedge trainers??

I'm normally not a fan of concealed wedge trainers but saw these in Dorothy Perkins and I think I really like them.

I'm pretty safe style-wise and don't tend to make statements with what I wear but I think these could look nice with my usual boring skinny jeans and T shirt combo?

Does anyone hate them? They're quite daring for me so I need reassurance please...

they sort of remind me of straight jackets (especially the Ash ones) but if they're comfortable go for it

I know what you mean about the Ash ones looking like a straight jacket. I think that's why I don't normally like them that much. I think these look like they could be normal hi-tops though.

They have the in River Island too..in lots of colours, including patterns/flowery.
My DD2 tried some on and said they were comfy:)

I prefer the Ash ones by a long shot. Those ones just remind me of Robert Smith in the 1980s.

I'd really like some Ash ones but they are far too expensive - it's about time the cheaper shops started copying them!

I have the Ash ones. Agree they are like marmite. And I love. Very comfy. Go well with skinnys and my skinny flares. Also work with long skirts.
