Where to find a long floaty lightly-pleated Skirt in chiffon or similar??

I see them on people but never in shops, in shops a few I've seen are either heavy, not light/floaty enough. Threr aer none on ebay apart from garish heavy ones.
I've seen one in skintone colour on a slim woman yesterday and it was semitrasparent and flowed in a beautiful way.
I wanted on which isn't really wide/full, possibly even slightly narrow around the top, and it has to be semi transparent. I would prefer dark blue but open to other colours.

There are a couple of others on the site too.

Next had some on-line in their offers section for £14 in cobalt blue, navy, berry and cinnamon. Basic skirt, maxi length, lightweight material. They also have similar in black, mint green and cerise with a belt. However, with the sale looming, stock levels on-line are a bit hit and miss at the moment.
