I think this came out last week - just wondered if anyone had tried it yet?

I'd like to know too :)

NotMostPeople · 09/07/2012 16:38

Me too.

MangawhaiHeads · 09/07/2012 20:04

Yes I have it. It is pretty good, cannot say amazing. It is a really great colour match for my skin though which I appreciate as I have a cupboard full of unsuitable foundations.

whereismywine · 09/07/2012 21:23

In my ever continuing quest to find the holiest of grails of foundation I have bagged a sample of this in Debenhams. They match your skin, you get s very generous sample and in the box I got a serum sample too.

The colour match for my skin is fantastic and I really like it. It is soft and dewy without being oily and it blends very very well. The trouble is, I tried By Terry sheer the other day in Space NK, the sales assistant did my face. It was AMAZING and I couldn't stop looking at my face. It is £44 and the ysl is £28. I can't buy either as I have too much foundation to use up. I may well be steered by the price of ysl and lust after the By Terry.

I couldn't stop looking at my face sounds ridiculous! But it was true - I looked very glowy Blush and I was in and out of shops and there were mirrors off

silver73 · 09/07/2012 22:19

Whereismywine What was the name of the By Terry foundation? It sounds fab!

Drywhiteplease · 09/07/2012 22:24

whereismywine Just had to say helloGrin Wine

monkeysmama · 09/07/2012 22:43

The By Terry really is good. I use it and it blends and lasts so well. There is a really difference to my radiance when I don't wear it.

KateSpade · 09/07/2012 23:15

I found my colour match a bit funny, to be honest! It was slightly orangey. The texture & coverage looked really good, so i am a little disappointed. I shall re-try tomorrow and see.

whereismywine · 10/07/2012 09:55

drywhitewine Grin don't mind if I do!

katespade mine looks an odd colour in the tube almost with a grey hue (sounds bad I'm probably wrong) but it is spot on for my skin. It was from the middle row which I wouldn't have gone for if choosing myself but it really works, not orangey (B40 I am fair but yellowish)

silver it is the sheer cover By Terry one. If you get to a Space NK, try it, it is beautiful. I have possibly tried all foundations in the entire world and it has surpassed them. But £44. Ouch.

silver73 · 10/07/2012 22:29

Thanks whereismywine - do Space NK let you have a sample before you buy? I think at that price I would need to test at home first rather than a rushed test in the shop. I think an expensive foundation can be worth it in the long run in terms of lasting a long time/looking fab

KateSpade · 10/07/2012 22:36

I Tried it again today, and the colour is absolutely perfect. Looked really good. I am very pleased with it, i guess it was just the shop lighting.

The by terry, do they do that in Manchester anywhere or is it just a Space NK thing?

rabbitonthemoon · 11/07/2012 11:07

I was too wussy to ask for a sample, I got poshed out! katespade there is a space nk in Manchester, near St Annes square? That's where I had it done.

KateSpade · 11/07/2012 20:36

OOh, is st Annes square near Deansgate? I shall have to ask someone tomorrow how to get their, I'm going to the red hot world buffet! Grin
