Evil and lumpy spots on forehead.

Does anyone know how I could get rid of little lumps sort of under my skin on my forehead? Exfoliating seemed to work for a while but I saw my reflection in the car mirror and it was awful! Thank you

You could try products with either aha (fruit acids) or salacylic acid.

Or the much famed aspirin face mask. Aspirin is a form of salacylic acid. Get the dissolvable aspirin and put some (3 or 4) in the palm Of your hand and put a few drops of water on and wait for them to dissolve. Then apply to face and leave for a few minutes. Wash off.

Not sure what your skin type is but if the above seems to harsh to you, try products with tea tree oil in.

Quinoderm. Get it over the counter at your pharmacy, get the 5% if you can, 10% might be too harsh on your skin. Wash with Neutrogena fresh foaming cleanser - th e blue one, dab dry with a clean towel, apply a blob of quinoderm to each spot, go to bed. When you wake in the morning, wash it off and moisturise as the quinoderm can be quite drying. Oil of Olay daily essentials is good, as is Neutrogena oil free moisturiser. HTH:)

I had these, tried all kinds and nothing worked. Had my coil removed and they were gone within a week [unhelpful]

You know, I think aspirin worked ok in the past and I'd forgotten. Will try and get quinaderm too. Don't have a coil, but could be hormonal! Thanks guys.
