Opi gel nails

I had a manicure with Opi gel polish a few weeks ago.....great, set straightaway, lasted nearly 3 weeks.
But since removal, my nails are crap.
Splitting, and feel rough...the surface looks as if it still has traces of whatever they use.
Anyone else had similar issues?

I had another booked, but am having second thought.

I have had gel nails, acrylic nails and a gel manicure and everytime I have it removed my nails are so weak and split terrible, false nails are fab IMO but do your natural nails no good at all, I find Sally Hanson hard as nails polish good for helping my own nails recover after the false ones have been removed

Sally Hansen hardening is fabulous.
