Colour B4 help!

I have always had bleached highlights in my dark brown hair, it's sort of who I am! Anyway back in January I decided to go back to dark brown. The hairdresser put an orange pigment in and then recoloured it with a permanent level 6. I have dyed it lots of times since as the highlights show through as it fades. It has got darker each time and I yearn to go back to blonde! My hair has never been in better condition though and is nice and shiny. Anyway I have seen this Colour B4 in Tesco and I'm very tempted but very scared. I know it will turn my hair orange but what do I do with it then?? My goal is to go back to my blonde highlights but not sure how to do this after using Colour B4. Does anyone know? I'm so unhappy being dark and desperate to go back to something lighter. Thanks Smile

Ive used it before, it stinks. I have recently suggested it on another thread and I was the only one who would even consider it. Others just said to go to the hairdresser. I would use it again, but only if I really wanted to go lighter. Id rather stay dark TBH, but Id use it over pay extortionate amounts at the hairdressers.

IIRC you use the B4 then dye it the next day, but I really should warn you that it does absolutely stink and even the dying it afterwards doesnt take the smell away.

Though TBH I think I am very much in the minority of people when I say Id use it (but thats me all over anyway)

PS my hair didnt go orange, but thats not to say yours wont. I went from Black to light brown in a matter of 2 days, Im now a deep red which I love.

thanks for that. i can't go to the hairdressers as they will just bleach the lot and I don't think the results will be that great. What colour did you use after using colour B4? It says use a level 1, 6-8 wash one at first. I've bought a beige blonde 6-8 wash to put on straight afterwards. Do you think this would be okay? I'm really nervous but have read some good reviews. I'm a bit concerned about the smell but worth it to get my hair colour right Smile

I just went straight permanent. I must admit though I am lucky that my hair will take colours quite well.
