small watery spots under eye?

i have a bags under my eye due to no good sleep for nearly 3years, but in the last 5months i notice under my left eye a tiny 4 spots that looks like water inside, any one had them before? which product can i use?

Sounds like milia to me.

I had a few - for a couple of years as (I didn't know what they were). When I found out I got them removed at a beauty salon type place. I was surprised how common they seemed to be.
