Hair products to enhance Babyliss big hair?

I usually use frizzease Thermal defence serum (orange pump) and then ghd it but I have just got a BBH as i was fed up with my hair just "hanging there, doing nothing" What products do you recommend to enhance the "Kate Middleton" look I sooo desire? Are there any finishing products to define the curls & keep the moisture frizz at bay? Would the frizzease 3 day straight spray work with this look?

Or any products to avoid?

Loving my big hair!

Thanks!

Sorry - no advice but can i ask does the big hair work? and is it easy to use? I've always fancied one but not been sure about going ahead and buying one.

Hi funny faces,

I only got it yesterday & tried it this morning and think I'm in love Blush it really made a difference to my hair but then the pissing rain got at it & it looked as bad as ever!

I have watched a few YouTube tutorials tonight & am going to give it another go tomorrow, but it really did make a difference, think Kate Middletons wavy fuzz free locks.

Amazon had it on last week for £30, I would say it is worth it as it did look like a salon blow dry for me today!

I'm looking something that will hold the style iykwim?

Ps, it is really easy to use as I'm cak handed but the tutorials showed me an easier way to do it, its all with sectioning off your hair

I use amargan oil, and finish with a bit or serum and spray. If I want more lift and hold I put mousse liberally on the top of scalp and crown, and I mean plenty of it, then kind of massage in and bbh away. Will take some time to dry but will hold well. Bit or amargan oil / frizz eze through the ends, a squirt of elnette (best hrspray ever) and you're away. Swish-tastic. Smile

I use mousse too, then serum afterwards to smooth it down a bit. I must say it gives me a lovely 'salon' style, but it does seem to fluff up my hair, and it has more frizzy bits than if I just blow dry it. I adm not using it every time because of this; I read on here someone said it really got their hair into a bad state after a couple of months use, and I an a bit afraid of that! Have started using a deep conditioning mask, I never have before, but feel I have to counteract any bad effects of the BBH now!

can you link to the youtube tutorials, i bought the BBH ages ago but its been in the drawer since i decided i couldnt use it

BettySwallocks2012 · 04/07/2012 22:51

Hi chips,

These are the few that I have watched BBH review and BBH styling I have used my BBH 3 times now and am getting the hang of it! I got choppy laters cut into the back today to help me get the back done easier as I found it a bit awkward. I'm looking forward to using it again tomorrow, give it a whirl too!

I use a 50:50 mixture of Paul Mitchell Super Sculpt and Mousse (any sort - currently Pantene). Cos that's what my hairdresser recommended.

I have very fine hair and I heart my BBH!
