Legs?

Was going to say Max Factor but most of them are around 12.99ish.

I think you can buy liquid stocking stuff though - sure I've seen it in Boots.

Tesco. Barbara daily. Cheap but good for the face.

Pseudonymity · 30/06/2012 17:05

Not cheap but MAC face and body is good and comes in a massive bottle so wouldn't work out expensive compared to others.

Fluffycloudland77 · 30/06/2012 17:41

Sally hansen airbrush legs or whatever its called. Marvelous stuff.

Illamasqua Rich Liquid foundation is on sale for £10 (reduced from £21.50) at the moment if you look on the website - it's very heavy coverage. It's been discontinued so they're selling off the stock. I haven't ever tried it but the reviews do confirm it's very good coverage.

Alternatively, try using a dermacolour palette and a brush if you're just wanting to cover veins/blemishes etc - a little palette will last forever and has tons of colours. The little mini palettes here will last forever.

Get thee some Sally Hansen stuff. Apply over moisturiser. Totally agree with Fluffy, fantastic stuff. Couldn't manage the summer without it.

likeatonneofbricks · 30/06/2012 22:57

does Sally Hansen thing leaves marks on clothing - could you use it if wearing a white skirt? that's the usual grief with tinted moisturises!
Does it sell in Boots?

lurkingaround · 01/07/2012 11:23

I wear Sally Hansen with all my summer dresses and it never transfers. It might on trousers I suppose. To get it off, you have to scrub with shower gel - it really sticks.

The new Bourjois 123 Perfect foundation gets very good reviews for cheap good coverage foundation. But for legs I would also recommend MAC's Face & Body foundation. The coverage is deceptively good and can be built up if you need more.

thanks lurking! is Sally H thing same as tinted moisturiser - how dark is it? would it wokr on fair skin?

FuckerSnailInYourHedgerow · 02/07/2012 23:52

Sally hansen is dark - it's like a tan and feckin glittery with it. I'm pale and don't like it. Maybelline 24 hour coverage is quite good, and lasts aaages. Don't like it on my face - it broke me out and it's very matte, but it works well for body coverage.

lurkingaround · 03/07/2012 09:30

Sally Hansen comes in 3 shades, iirc, I use medium. I have a v white friend, she uses pale, Sally is prob not quite as successful on alabaster-white skin. If u buy the right colour it's great. I get what Fucker says about glittery bits, but you only see them if you peer intently at your legs. My patchy, thread-veined (yes, I'm glamourous) look great with it.

thanks!

I use Aldi on my face and it's great-and cheap, so worth a try maybe?
