Navy chinos

I've been looking all spring for a pair of navy chinos that look smartish. I've tried on some from next, new look but they are all too baggy around the back of my thighs so my bottom half resembles a carrot and Sack like. I'm looking for some that will be sliming fitting around the bum area.

Can anyone recommend any. I'm a size 8/10 and 5.4ft

Boden has some quite nice ones, quite expensive though probably worth waiting for the sale.

Yes, I can recommend the Boden straight leg dark navy chinos. They fit really well around waist, thighs and bottom. I'm a 12 Petite though, so probably a different shape.

The boden ones look spot on, didn't really want to pay £50 really though :(

I recommend the Primark navy stretch chino. They are only £11 and are the best I have tried. They are a nice slim fit and have washed well.

DP's had some nice ones, not sure if they are in the sale now?

QuiteOldGal · 28/06/2012 22:06

I am hoping they are in the sale for about £30, it should be in the next week or so as I would quite like a pair for myself, but didn't really want to pay £50 either.

I second the Primark ones but got mine a few weeks back and when I went back for a 2nd pair they were sold out in my size but had plenty of 10s. Might be worth a look at Gap also.

Uniqlo do lovely navy chinos. Were on special for £19 the other week too...

daimbardiva · 29/06/2012 07:57

Dp ones are in the sale for £22

RamblingRosa · 29/06/2012 08:25

I second the Uniqlo ones. I've got the beige ones and they fit really well. I've also got the navy cropped ones and they're great too...only £14.99 in the sale.

Another vote for the Primark ones. I couldn't get the navy in my size but I have them in stone, grey and a sort of raspberry colour. They are very comfortable, keep their shape and wash well. Great value for £11
