Leopard print hi tops?

So i briefly saw a mum on school run this morning wearing a pair of leopard print hi tops. I'm pretty sure they weren't converse - didn't see the logo & weren't as 'chunky'. They didn't look as 'garish' as they sound, they looked neat - i want a pair! i've looked on the net to see where they could come from and the nearest i could find is these from Lipsy -

Great - in the sale! - boo - out of stock! another thing - i think these ones look a a bit too 'gold' as well and i'm pretty sure the one the mum was wearing didn't have pink laces, but did have the pink seaming. If i can't get my hands on a pair of the leopard ones i may just have to settle for these from new look, totally different pattern i know but, i like 'different' quirky pumps/hi tops!

Oh god, both awful unless you're 15. Sorry, I'm a bit of a converse snob, it makes me cringe to see adults in anything other than plain lo-tops!

This... - I used to be a Converse snob, but DW recently bought a New Look pair (not the floral ones) and they are almost identical to real Converse. The rubber label on the heel, the two eyelets, etc. No obvious difference in quality.

Hi-tops are fine on adults: am wearing a pair now!

This......no need to apologise, I'm not for liking what I like! :)

Ageing, yes the look-a-like converse in new look are very good. I do have a pair of converse lo-tops, but for some strange reason at the time I got a size 5 & well now they are a bit too small so can't wear them without feelinglike my toes are are squashed!

I love the first ones! I have white leather converse hi tops (great in the rain and cold) but they have the foldy down extra flap bit at the ankle which is leopard print, as is the tongue. They were a gift and I veer between loving them and feeling like a complete prat as they should be worn by a 15 year old! Wink

Well I think that

A.You can never have too much leopard print.
B. You can never have too many hi tops.

But that doesn't really help does it, however I did just find these.
