Great for DD's fine and curly hair. It's not perfect, but it's the best of many many brushes out there and gets through her knotty morning hair with the least squeals. Good for my hair too, although I prefer my Denman.
This is the Tangle Teezer version I bought for DD, comes with a little pot to keep hairclips in. I think it was worth the money.

Dd has thick curly hair and it was dreadful. She lpoked like she'd stuck her finger in the socket.

It's fantastic for my dd - she has thick but fine straight hair in a sort of chunky bob that tangles really easily. I have totally different, thick wavy long hair and it works for me after washing. So yes, worth the money imo.

yep - it works for DD (she has autism and brushing her hair is a massive thing for her due to sensory issues); the tangle teezer made a massive difference :)

I have short hair, so don't use it for myself.

you want the Tangle Tamer, half the price and has a handle so you get a better grip. Have 2 of them and is great!
