Does Isabella Oliver fit large or small?

I am looking at their lovely sale, and I have never ordered from them before. Are they true to size or do they come up large or small?

I really want to buy a maternity rouched tank but the no free returns is majorly putting me off as I don't know whether to order a 2 or a 3!

I find they are a bit large BUT with the Ruched tank I would err in the side of caution as they are very close fitting.

I bought the ruched red maternity dress in a size 3 a few years ago and i was a size 12 prior to pregnancy. This was very stretchy and and i would easily say it covered a 14 as well. My sister is pregnant and was a size 16-18 pre pregnancy and she tried on my dress, and although she got it on it was, how can I say, not very flattering.
