anyone else ever order from this site? I placed an order on 14th June and I still haven't received the box. I called customer service and they say I have to wait 14 working day before complaining, even though their web site says 10 days. I am really annoyed!

I recently ordered something from them because they were offering a special size free item with every two items purchased. I even rang to check that the free item would be included and was given assurance that it was. But of course it was found to be out of stock AFTER they had delivered the other two items. Even though the website was still advertising the deal. I returned the package but they now say they havent received it. I have sent proof of posting but am still waiting for my refund. I think they are dodgy.

I had a dodgy experience with them several years ago and refused to shop with them ever since. Order didn't arrive, waited the allotted time to complain, emails ignored, eventually promised to refund card several times but never did. Eventually got Trading Standards (or whatever they're known as now) involved and they coughed up.

I have had trouble with them a couple of times, i was waiting for my product for just over a week, then i was told it was out of stock.

Is it some sort of salon that sells a whole load of different brands?

Blimey I've used them a few times and all OK.

I was going to use them today to order some dermalogica as they seem to have good prices, but will think again now.
Anyone know a good online place to get dermalogica at good rates?

feelunique is my normal go-to place if that helps?

Oh dear. I should have checked with you all before I placed the order. I'll call them again on Monday, but I definitely won't order with them after this one. I normally use Feelunique and have been ok with them. I don't know why I decided to order from someone else instead.

I have ordered loads of times from lookfantastic.com and have never had a problem....until the last time I ordered (about 3 months ago). It was quite a high value order - about £200. It didn't get delivered. I called the delivery firm, they said to speak to lookfantastic, which I did several times. They really weren't that interested and certainly showed no concern at all about my parcel going missing. A week later my postman turned up with a battered box, which turned out to be the missing parcel. God alone knows what happened to it, but I am pretty sure if my postie hadn't brought it round to me, I would still be waiting. Because of this I won't order from them again.

Good products at good prices is all well and good, but customer service is everything and if they can't get that right then they fail as a business.

I also use feelunique. Haven't had any probs with them. Not touching lookfantastic again.

Ordered from them lots of times, regularly buy the special offers they email me . Never had a problem, they usually deliver within 5 days (which I don't mind because it's free shipping and I'm buying discounted products!)

although I'm now slightly put off ordering again in case I've just been extremely lucky so far...

I have never had any problems with lookfantastic but inform their customer services and they should rectify.
