I thought it was a man because of bulge in the crotch, but the looked at it again because of the comments here & totally see 6 toes! Either way, it's all not good!

Cankles deffo, but the apparent sixth toe is just a very bendy-in little toe.

Her ankles are surprisingly chunky in relation to her frame.
