My 10yo DD loves Primark (she of the buys loads ,wear it, grow out of it, get rid of it thinking when it comes to clothes)

They had jumpers and cardigans - all soft and huggly.

I had to step away.
One side of me said "buy them now, you won't find them come Autumn"

My sensible side said "FFS you haven't even had your holiday and the DC haven't finished school"

Tis so difficult when the shops are running 3 months ahead of time (and it was dark and dismal in there)

Id be looking for thermals if i were you.

I'm typing this wearing a cable knit cardi and thermal socks. Buy the jumpers!

I'm reading this wearing my coloured winter tights, cord shift dress (winter type) and a cardi.

Lovely coloured cardi's in my local TK Maxx today ....I resisted but did buy a Rose+Rose scarf ...it's big so maybe can wrap it around my summer outfits.

i think its very sensible of them. I might go in as dd needs some cardigans to wear over her summer clothes. shes outgrown most of her winter stuff and no winter clothing that she will wear. shes been stuck in tunics and leggings and still complaining of the cold. She's 6.
