grubby looking knees!

My poor neglected knees bear the brunt of me crawling round the floor with my dc. The skin is really dry and from a distance they look grubby! Any quick fixe people can suggest? We're off on holiday soon and I'll be (gulp) baring the legs...

Hi, I have got really dry knees, and kept putting E45 cream on them. You could try that. I always thought mine were dried out due to changing nappies, playing on floor with DC, etc......Turns out though that I have got mild psorasis on my knees, and the only thing that really helps is cream from the doctors called bethnovate.

Thought I'd just mention this in case yours is the same.
