has anyone had any problems with them or is it just me?? Completely incompetent. Can't be arsed to go into it all again but I am still waiting for £75 refund since March!! For a dress I never got due to their incompetence. Have been on the phone don't know how many times, have to go through whole saga over and over again, every time I phone they say there aren't any notes on my account. SO FRUSTRATING!!
It's been such a long time that I now have a different bank card to the one I paid so I have to wait 14 days for them to send me a cheque in the post!
It's the first time I've used them and it will certainly be the last.
